Dr. Sam and Core FSN are partnering up to offer a new class specifically designed for busy moms who are looking to get back into movement, but aren’t sure where to start. This class is for those looking to start a family in the near future, who are currently pregnant, or who are postpartum (can be years later). This is a great class for those who are also working out at other gyms, but would like to add specialized movement and rehab for pre and postpartum care!
Infants and kids are welcome to join, there will be helping hands to assist in watching, but we do ask that you keep an eye on your kids throughout class for their safety.
Our Lunchtime Lift: Perinatal Edition fitness class is specially designed for pregnant and postpartum women who are passionate about building or maintaining their strength and fitness. Whether you’re currently experiencing the physical changes of pregnancy, or starting your journey towards regaining your strength, this class is tailored to meet your unique needs.
In order to keep this class as hands on and individualized as possible we only have 8 spots available to reserve.
