This unique experience blends yoga + Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS)—a science-based approach to breathing, core support, and functional movement.

Jessica will guide you through a yoga flow inspired by the developmental sequence—the same natural stages we all moved through as babies (rolling, sitting, crawling, kneeling, standing). These foundational positions help retrain the body for better stability, balance, and ease.

As you move, Dr. Sam will break down simple, practical DNS principles, including:
• Breath that stabilizes and protects the spine
• Gentle, natural core activation
• Improved alignment in every posture
